    We call you

    Fifteen minutes to confirm your start date, walk the details you entered, and take banking information by voice.

  2. Same call

    You get the agreement

    A two-page Washington management agreement, sent to your inbox. It takes effect when our designated broker countersigns.

  3. Days 2–4

    We take over

    Keys, insurance, utilities and any existing tenant get transferred, and your owner portal goes live.
